Competition (Hong Kong) Regulations
一 、大賽宗旨（Competition Purpose）
1. 弘揚中華文化，透過文字傳遞思想 ，展現香港中小學生風采；
（Promote Chinese culture, convey ideas through words, and demonstrate the vibrancy and literary talent of Hong Kong primary and secondary school students;）
2.提升中小學生寫作能力與審美情趣 ，加強中小學生文化交流；
（Enhance the writing skills and aesthetic appreciation of primary and secondary school students and foster cultural exchange among them;）
3.提高中小學生中文素養，挖掘並培育具備寫作潛質與特長的人才。
（Improve the Chinese language proficiency of primary and secondary school students, and identify and nurture talents with writing potential and aptitude.）
二 、 參賽對象（Participants）
於2025-2026學年在香港就讀的小學一年級至中學三年級學生（非華語學生）。
（Students studying in Hong Kong from Primary 1 to Secondary 3 in the 2025-2026 academic year（including Non-Chinese-Speaking students）.）
三 、徵稿入圍賽費用（Qualification Round Entry Fee）
免費（Free）
四 、徵稿入圍賽截止日期（Qualification Round Submission Deadline）
2025年11月15 日（星期六）（Saturday, 15 November 2025）
五 、徵稿入圍賽參賽方式（Submission and Qualification Round Entry Methods）
分為團體參賽與個人參賽兩種方式。
（There are two methods of entry for the Qualification Round: Team Entry and Individual Entry.）
1. 團體參賽方式（Team Entry）
（1）參賽學校須於大賽網站（www.hkceea.com）完成註冊,並下載《學校團體參賽報名表》及「參賽專用稿紙」；
（Participating schools must complete registration on the competition website (www.hkceea.com) and download the “School Team Registration Form” and the “Competition Entry Paper”.）
（2）參賽學校須將參賽稿件連同《學校團體參賽報名表》 一併發送至電子郵箱：info@hkceea .com ，並須在「郵件主題」註明參賽學校名稱。
（Participating schools must send their entries along with the “School Team Registration Form” to the email address:
info@hkceea.com, and indicate the name of the participating school in the “subject of the email”.）
2. 個人參賽方式（Individual Entry）
登錄大賽網站（www.hkceea.com）註冊和下載「參賽專用稿紙」,按要求提
交參賽稿件 ；若不便透過網站提交,可將參賽稿件發送至電子郵箱
info@hkceea .com ，並須在「郵件主題」註明「姓名+個人參賽」字樣。
（Log on to the competition’s website(www.hkceea.com) to register and
download the “Competition Entry Paper” and submit it as required;
If it is not convenient to submit through the website, you may send your
entries to the email address: info@hkceea.com and indicate “Name + Individual Entry” in the “subject of the email”.）
六 、參評要求（Requirements for entry）
1.參賽者須使用「參賽專用稿紙」 參賽，小學組必須手寫，中學組可手寫或
透過電腦打字輸入；參賽者須依據稿紙上的要求如實填寫個人相關資料，否則將不予參評。參賽者可透過網站（www.hkceea.com）免費下載對應組別的「參賽專用稿紙」。
（Participants must use the “Competition Entry Paper” for the competition. For the primary school group, handwriting is required; for the secondary school group, handwriting or enter via computer typing; Contestants must fill in their personal information truthfully as required on the submission paper; otherwise, they will not be eligible for the competition. Participants can download the “Competition Entry Paper” for their corresponding age groups for free via the official website （www.hkceea.com）.）
2.參賽作文限 1 人 1 篇，所有來稿一律不予退還，參賽者須自行留存底稿。
（Each participant is limited to one essay. All entries will not be returned and participants are required to keep their own copies.）
3.參賽過程中，若出現參賽者資料造假、作品抄襲或使用 AI 生成等違規情況，一經查實，將取消該參賽者資格；若獲獎後才發現上述問題，將撤銷獎項並作出通報；若抄襲行為對他人合法權益造成侵害或引致不良影響，相關法律責任由參賽者本人承擔。
（During the competition, if a participant engages in irregularities such as falsifying personal information, plagiarizing works, or submitting AI-generated content,once verified, their participation qualification will be revoked. If the above issues are discovered after the participant has won an award, the award will be revoked and a notification will be issued. If the plagiarism infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or causes adverse effects, the participant shall bear the corresponding legal liability. ）
七 、 賽程安排（Competition Schedule ）
本次大賽分為： 1 . 徵稿入圍賽 → 2 . 現場作文初賽 → 3 . 現場作文決賽 → 4 . 現場作文全國總決賽 → 5 . 頒獎典禮,共5 個階段。
（This competition consists of 5 stages: 1. Submission and Qualification Round → 2. On-site Writing Preliminary Round → 3. On-site Writing Final Round → 4. National On-site Writing Grand Final → 5. Awards Ceremony.）
第2至第4階段酌情收取行政費用 ，用於租賃場地 、聘請評委 、製作獎牌 、獎盃及證書等 ，其中 ，第2階段不超過港幣350。 Administrative fees will be charged at the discretion of the organizer for Stages 2 to 4, which will be used for venue rental, judge recruitment, and the production of medals, trophies, certificates, etc. Among these, the fee for Stage 2 shall not exceed HK$350.
八 、評比標準及獎勵辦法（Evaluation Criteria and Reward Methods）
1. 每篇參賽作文由兩位評委打分 ，並主要對其內容 、結構 、語言 、選材 、角度、情感 、構思等方面進行綜合评定；
（Each entry will be scored by two judges, who will comprehensively evaluate its content, structure, language, material selection, perspective, emotion, and conception;）
2.徵稿入圍賽不設獎項 ，獲入圍者將獲頒入圍電子證書 ；現場作文初賽、決賽、總決賽設個人特等獎 、一等獎 、二等獎 、三等獎 ，並頒發獎牌及紙質證書；決賽與總決賽階段另設「英才文學之星」 ，得獎學生将獲頒獎盃及紙質證書；
（No awards will be set for the Submission and Qualification Round, and qualified participants will be awarded electronic certificates of qualification. The On-site Writing Preliminary Round, Final Round, and Grand Final will set Individual Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize, and medals and physical certificates will be awarded. An additional award titled “Elite Literary Star” will be set for the Final Round and Grand Final, and winning students will be awarded trophies and physical certificates.）
3.大會將向積極組織學生參賽的教師頒發優秀組織獎及組織先進個人獎；
（The Organizing Committee will award the Excellent Organization Award and the Outstanding Individual in Organization Award to teachers who actively organize students to participate.）
4.大會將向成績優異的學校評選團體一 、二 、三等獎 ，並頒發獎盃及證書；
（The Organizing Committee will select outstanding schools to award Group First Prize, Group Second Prize and Group Third Prize, and present trophies and certificates to the winning schools.）
5.大會將向所有在決賽 、總決賽中獲得三等獎及以上獎項學生的指導教師頒發優秀指導教師獎 ；若有指導教師但稿件中未註明 ，將不獲頒發指導證書；
（The Organizing Committee will award the “Excellent Instructor Award” to all supervising instructors whose students have won the Third Prize or above in the Final Round and Grand Final. If there is a supervising instructor but their information is not indicated in the submission, the instructor certificate will not be issued.）
6.部分獲獎佳作將於《英才教育》（包括專刊）及主辦單位指定的媒體上擇優發表；
（Some of the award-winning works will be selected for publication in Elite Education (including special issues) and the media designated by the organizers.）
7.在決賽 、總決賽中獲得三等獎及以上獎項的學生將獲邀參加頒獎典禮 ，並有
機會獲邀參加2026暑期在中國內地舉辦的寫作夏令營或新華小記者研學活動。
（Students who win third prize or above in the Final Round and Grand Final will be invited to the Awards Ceremony Opportunity to be invited to a summer writing camp or a Xinhua Junior Reporter educational program in Chinese mainland during the summer of 2026 .）
九 、其他事項（Other matters）
- 參賽作品一經投稿即視為作者同意將參賽作品的發表權 、修改權 、複製權、發行權 、彙編權等相關著作權授予大賽組委會 自行使用或轉授第三方使用；
（By submission of an entry, the author agrees to grant the Organizing Committee the rights of publication, modification, reproduction, distribution, and compilation of the entry, as well as other related copyrights, for its own use or to authorize a third party to use;）
2.大賽的官方網站（ www.hkceea.com）等媒體將及時發佈大賽結果、通知、公告 、照片等資訊 ，同時亦會透過主流媒體進行報道；
（The official website of the competition (www.hkceea.com) and other media platforms will timely release information such as competition results, notices, announcements, and photos. Meanwhile, coverage will also be conducted through mainstream media;）
