 \uff08Promote Chinese culture, convey ideas through words, and demonstrate the vibrancy and literary talent of Hong Kong primary and secondary school students;\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u63d0\u5347\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u751f\u5beb\u4f5c\u80fd\u529b\u8207\u5be9\u7f8e\u60c5\u8da3 \uff0c\u52a0\u5f37\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u751f\u6587\u5316\u4ea4\u6d41\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \uff08Enhance the writing skills and aesthetic appreciation of primary and secondary school students and foster cultural exchange among them;\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e2d\u5c0f\u5b78\u751f\u4e2d\u6587\u7d20\u990a\uff0c\u6316\u6398\u4e26\u57f9\u80b2\u5177\u5099\u5beb\u4f5c\u6f5b\u8cea\u8207\u7279\u9577\u7684\u4eba\u624d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u9808\u4f7f\u7528\u300c\u53c3\u8cfd\u5c08\u7528\u7a3f\u7d19\u300d \u53c3\u8cfd\uff0c\u5c0f\u5b78\u7d44\u5fc5\u9808\u624b\u5beb\uff0c\u4e2d\u5b78\u7d44\u53ef\u624b\u5beb\u6216<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u900f\u904e\u96fb\u8166\u6253\u5b57\u8f38\u5165\uff1b\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u9808\u4f9d\u64da\u7a3f\u7d19\u4e0a\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u5982\u5be6\u586b\u5beb\u500b\u4eba\u76f8\u95dc\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u5c07\u4e0d\u4e88\u53c3\u8a55\u3002\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u7db2\u7ad9\uff08www.hkceea.com<\/a>\uff09\u514d\u8cbb\u4e0b\u8f09\u5c0d\u61c9\u7d44\u5225\u7684\u300c\u53c3\u8cfd\u5c08\u7528\u7a3f\u7d19\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the primary school group, handwriting is required; for the secondary school group, handwriting or enter via computer typing; Contestants must fill in their personal information truthfully as required on the submission paper; otherwise, they will not be eligible for the competition. Participants can download the “Competition Entry Paper” for their corresponding age groups for free via the official website \uff08www.hkceea.com\uff09.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u53c3\u8cfd\u4f5c\u6587\u9650 1 \u4eba 1 \u7bc7\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u4f86\u7a3f\u4e00\u5f8b\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u9084\uff0c\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u9808\u81ea\u884c\u7559\u5b58\u5e95\u7a3f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08Each participant is limited to one essay.  All entries will not be returned and participants are required to keep their own copies.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u53c3\u8cfd\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u82e5\u51fa\u73fe\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u8cc7\u6599\u9020\u5047\u3001\u4f5c\u54c1\u6284\u8972\u6216\u4f7f\u7528 AI \u751f\u6210\u7b49\u9055\u898f\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4e00\u7d93\u67e5\u5be6\uff0c\u5c07\u53d6\u6d88\u8a72\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u8cc7\u683c\uff1b\u82e5\u7372\u734e\u5f8c\u624d\u767c\u73fe\u4e0a\u8ff0\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u5c07\u64a4\u92b7\u734e\u9805\u4e26\u4f5c\u51fa\u901a\u5831\uff1b\u82e5\u6284\u8972\u884c\u70ba\u5c0d\u4ed6\u4eba\u5408\u6cd5\u6b0a\u76ca\u9020\u6210\u4fb5\u5bb3\u6216\u5f15\u81f4\u4e0d\u826f\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u76f8\u95dc\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8cac\u4efb\u7531\u53c3\u8cfd\u8005\u672c\u4eba\u627f\u64d4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08During the competition, if a participant engages in irregularities such as falsifying personal information, plagiarizing works, or submitting AI-generated content,once verified, their participation qualification will be revoked. If the above issues are discovered after the participant has won an award, the award will be revoked and a notification will be issued. If the plagiarism infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of others or causes adverse effects, the participant shall bear the corresponding legal liability. \uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0\u7b2c2\u81f3\u7b2c4\u968e\u6bb5\u914c\u60c5\u6536\u53d6\u884c\u653f\u8cbb\u7528\u00a0\uff0c\u7528\u65bc\u79df\u8cc3\u5834\u5730\u00a0\u3001\u8058\u8acb\u8a55\u59d4\u00a0\u3001\u88fd\u4f5c\u734e\u724c\u00a0\u3001\u734e\u76c3\u53ca\u8b49\u66f8\u7b49\u00a0\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u00a0\uff0c\u7b2c2\u968e\u6bb5\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e\u6e2f\u5e63350\u3002\u00a0Administrative fees will be charged at the discretion of the organizer for Stages 2 to 4, which will be used for venue rental, judge recruitment, and the production of medals, trophies, certificates, etc. Among these, the fee for Stage 2 shall not exceed HK$350.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08Each entry will be scored by two judges, who will comprehensively evaluate its content, structure, language, material selection, perspective, emotion, and conception;\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08No awards will be set for the Submission and Qualification Round, and qualified participants will be awarded electronic certificates of qualification. The On-site Writing Preliminary Round, Final Round, and Grand Final will set Individual Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize, and medals and physical certificates will be awarded. An additional award titled “Elite Literary Star” will be set for the Final Round and Grand Final, and winning students will be awarded trophies and physical certificates.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.\u5927\u6703\u5c07\u5411\u7a4d\u6975\u7d44\u7e54\u5b78\u751f\u53c3\u8cfd\u7684\u6559\u5e2b\u9812\u767c\u512a\u79c0\u7d44\u7e54\u734e\u53ca\u7d44\u7e54\u5148\u9032\u500b\u4eba\u734e\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08The Organizing Committee will award the Excellent Organization Award and the Outstanding Individual in Organization Award to teachers who actively organize students to participate.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.\u5927\u6703\u5c07\u5411\u6210\u7e3e\u512a\u7570\u7684\u5b78\u6821\u8a55\u9078\u5718\u9ad4\u4e00 \u3001\u4e8c \u3001\u4e09\u7b49\u734e \uff0c\u4e26\u9812\u767c\u734e\u76c3\u53ca\u8b49\u66f8\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08The Organizing Committee will select outstanding schools to award Group First Prize, Group Second Prize and Group Third Prize, and present trophies and certificates to the winning schools.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.\u5927\u6703\u5c07\u5411\u6240\u6709\u5728\u6c7a\u8cfd \u3001\u7e3d\u6c7a\u8cfd\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u4e09\u7b49\u734e\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u734e\u9805\u5b78\u751f\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u5e2b\u9812\u767c\u512a\u79c0\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u5e2b\u734e \uff1b\u82e5\u6709\u6307\u5c0e\u6559\u5e2b\u4f46\u7a3f\u4ef6\u4e2d\u672a\u8a3b\u660e \uff0c\u5c07\u4e0d\u7372\u9812\u767c\u6307\u5c0e\u8b49\u66f8\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08The Organizing Committee will award the “Excellent Instructor Award” to all supervising instructors whose students have won the Third Prize or above in the Final Round and Grand Final. 6.\u90e8\u5206\u7372\u734e\u4f73\u4f5c\u5c07\u65bc\u300a\u82f1\u624d\u6559\u80b2\u300b\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5c08\u520a\uff09\u53ca\u4e3b\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5a92\u9ad4\u4e0a\u64c7\u512a\u767c\u8868\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uff08Some of the award-winning works will be selected for publication in Elite<\/em> Education<\/em> (including special issues) and the media designated by the organizers.\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.\u5728\u6c7a\u8cfd \u3001\u7e3d\u6c7a\u8cfd\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u4e09\u7b49\u734e\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0a\u734e\u9805\u7684\u5b78\u751f\u5c07\u7372\u9080\u53c3\u52a0\u9812\u734e\u5178\u79ae \uff0c\u4e26\u6709<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6a5f\u6703\u7372\u9080\u53c3\u52a02026\u6691\u671f\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u5167\u5730\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u5beb\u4f5c\u590f\u4ee4\u71df\u6216\u65b0\u83ef\u5c0f\u8a18\u8005\u7814\u5b78\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
